facts; her motto is "try it now, decide if it was a good idea later." she LOVES dancing and music (all kinds of art really), and is enthralled by all genres, obscure or otherwise. like canon amethyst, she eats food for fun. but only started it because she felt she was missing out on a huge part of human culture by not doing so. being made on earth, she tends to identify more strongly with the dominant species on the planet- humans. she wishes she was one (so she wouldnt have to watch generations of people she loves die over and over again). she has considered shattering herself multiple times because of that, but her drive for new and greater things kept her living, for the sole sake of figuring out what will happen next on earth.

backstory; created at the same time as the other amethysts, this one got caught up in the whirlwind of war and decided (reluctantly) to leave her band of sisters to join the rebellion. being made on earth, she felt an overwhelming sense of responsibility for her home planet, and wanted to be a part of its protection. amethyst found herself in batter in the western united states (modern day northern california) and ended up being poofed. she was shoved underground (and luckily for her, without getting cracked) and there she stayed for thousands of years. she was unable to reform due to the lack of space to do so, so she was trapped. eventually, settlers looking for gold during the gold rush dug her up, and she immediately reformed much to the surprise of the family that found her. that family kept her secret from the others for generations, "passing" her along like a prized family heirloom. she was essentially an immortal family member. she spent much of her time helping raise children among other interpersonal things. today, she spends her time with the descendants of that first family who found her, roaming freely, out in the open with her adopted human family. she wouldnt trade it for anything in the world.
