Color pallete challenge inspired by this lovely beastie, Neon-Pyscho-Reborn .Thanks bae vuv
Anyway, I wanted to draw my harpy boy Kyr and this was the result.... not to mention the second attempt. My first one made me cry, at least with this one only the perspective makes me sad ;u; but I wanted to practice.
