Omg, so it's been a long time since I've tried to really emulate a style and I had so much fun doing that with this piece.This merboop is based, both style wise and aesthetically on the art style that the creators of the new Shantae game used. It's a super cute style and game and I couldn't resist.
Not too sure what to do with the design, but meh we'll see. Named Neptune for now.

Ahh, they look so cool! owo I love how you took the idea of a mermaid and kept it even though you made them into more of a fish-person (although I guess technically that's what mermaids are xD)-- the red in the eyes also does a really lovely job of providing an accent and keeping the cool blues and greens in check, as it were (sorry, I'm not always the best with describing things, ahh ;v; )
