Yep, basic round brush set to pressure sensitivity! That is the only I brush I used with the exception of some texture brushes at the end for the background, and the smoke brush of course. There is a walkthrough of this piece coming out with Exotique 7 by Ballistic Publishing for those who pre-order if you want a more in-depth look at how I paint.

I love the pose, character and the outfit. It's quite eye catching. But theres something else that catches my eye... she has a dynamic and triumphant pose and an emotionless face. I don't know if shes being cool and reserved as she defeats her enemies or if her expression just doesn't match the rest of her...
