Spring Painting no. 7

This is one of my best paintings in this style, in my opinion, for what it's worth. As I mentioned, I like and appreciate understated thing, and this painting with its pale colors -- and light -- is one of my best. However, I have noticed that my more gaudy paintings attract 3 or 4 times as many views as my more understated ones, which is really my fate -- I don't appreciate what most people like, and thus avoided getting rich. Oh well. I'm actually not complaining -- the outsiders of any age are more likely to be remembered than the popular artists.
