I disagree with the eye comment Aimee5 gave. His eyes might be fixed forwards but his expression certainly shows fear, worry etc. as if he's running from something. You've done a spectacular job on this!

A heavy sort of run for a heavy horse. His eyes are fixed forward on one point, meaning he'd be running towards something rather than away from something. I think. I like this animation. And the exagerrated bit where all four feet are off the ground, and how the hind legs are raised higher than the front legs.

The whole thing was an almighty pain to make XD I can see so many things wrong with it, but I just dont have the energy to fix it :/ I think I'll just leave it 'as is' and make a new one

Say, what process do you use to go about making these animations? Do you sketch off the computer and then finish them off on it, is it computer from start-to-finish, what? And what programs do you use?
I ask because I'd like to try something like this, too.

I use paintshop pro 7 to sketch/colour them, and then use animationshop (comes with paintshop ).
You can download a trial of both/either at [link] but Im certain theres other, better software out there :3 I just like Animationshop cause Im used to it ^^

Im not sure Id be able to cope with the stress of animating full time.. hell the stupid ones I make in my spare time are difficult enough XD
I *think* the origional sketchy version of this took me around 3 hours, but this version only took about an hour
