Ash's Treecko was temporarily enlarged to the size of a building in one episode. To see this episode, look for pokemon episode 341: Gulpin it Down.

BTW, I think it would be better if that Treecko didn't stomp his trainer. Whoever thought an overdose of Protein would enlarge a pokemon?
