Got a tablet for Christmas!!!! Anyways, this started out as a pencil drawing, just colored it on the tablet. Still figuring things out and I'm still pretty crappy at it.

I feel like my art has gotten completely absorbed by these two haha...But they are just so wonderful I can't help but draw them again and again. I guess this scene would be if they were reunited - which I hope they will eventually be in the future.

In regards to the title, this picture is called "Distance" because although Obito and Rin are physically quite close in their reunion, we see that emotionally they still remain distant. Indeed, for Rin she is simply overwhelmed by realizing that her long lost teammate still lives while Obito struggles to convey his deep feelings for Rin. Furthermore, Obito feels conflicted as he embraces Rin, unsure as to how to begin explaining how he survived and what he went through to revive her. They are worlds apart in their understanding of each other, and in that sense they remain distant even while in each other's arms.
