How am I supposed to attach the sheets together and where?

Each page will have a small part of the next section attached (on the right side). This should help you lay the next section on top of the previous section (butting it up to a fold) working from left to right. The overlap will give the joint a little extra strength as well. Hope that helps.

I am surprised it survived the entire series.

Hi,
I'm afraid I'm not sure.
Usually doing a right click on the picture gives you the option to "save as", hope that will work for you. This is after you clicked "download" and save it from the new window. If you just right click the image on the deviantart page, it will only save a small version of it.

You mean of the full map? The full map is too large to upload (or e-mail) with good quality/ high resolution. What do you want to do with it? If you want to make one I've uploaded several sections you can print and put together. Someone has done a full tutorial here: www.instructables.com/id/Marauβ¦
If you want the full map I can only provide a low resolution version.
