Lookin' good. But something about the eyes and nose seem a little... off. Maybe I'm just seeing things, but her eyes just look a little on the big side.

I know it doesn't look exactly like Leia. Part way through I started stylizing her face a little to see what I got. Meh. I think she looks ok as a whole
