Rogue January task for the placement of Gunpowder's parcel at the base of a large tree while avoiding Patrat Patrol.

lol so I just reread the task and realized it said "after sunset" not at sunset . . ohwell I will proceed as if I didn't see that

So Arthur got a little hung up by some Patrats and ended up hiding until it got darker. Of course his tail is dead giveaway in the dark so he took off his scarf to let his tail fire die down.
I know I've never gone into this but specifically because I used it here I'll tell ya that Arthur has been crippled(by falling in an icy river and you know what that does to a charmander's tail). The reason he wears his scarf is to keep what would be a normal charmander's body temperature and heat=strength for a fire type. Without his scarf he is more vulnerable and his tail fire gets small.
so basically he pulled a stealthy ninja move like a smart-cookie
