She's pregnant at the very start of the comic, Ingrid just doesn't have her baby bump yet, haha! Her baby Lilly will be born at the second half of the story! The drawings above take place months after she meets Carrie!
Ingrid of course has a LOT of her plate; her parents are evil, she's a boss and has a hit list of people she want's dead (Carrie will carry the orders of course), she's secretly friends with Carrie who happens to be Santa's daughter AND has a secret marriage to an imp, which is illegal
Her unexpected pregnancy also adds on to her stress!
She often has mood swings and can be very unpredictable. It makes for very funny moments, since she scares others, especially Lennox! she tends to snap at him and blames him for her current state. I mean c'mon Ingrid, it takes two to tango
I'll be drawing her in her "boss" outfit next!

I like how Ingrid's period of pregnency will actually be explored during the story, and how it affects her mentality. Most stories would gloss over such a period in time, so I think its cool that you'll actually go in-depth with it.
As for the piece itself, I love the use of light colors! The pink and yellow background contrast beautifully with the very blue subject that is Ingrid. I must say, Ingrid looks very good in a light blue! She should wear the color more often, if you ask me!

I hate when stories skim over such important time periods in a characters life, skimming over Ingrid’s pregnancy would’ve been lazy; wanted to do something different! It’s not everyday that he main character of a story is pregnant for about 50% of it XD
It affects her a lot, so I think it’ll also make for funny moments! And when the baby comes, it’ll definitely have more of an impact. Thanks again! 💕💕💕
