I love the leg markings and the name. I too have a character named Ravine (although it is pronounced Raven.)

The silent 'e' at the end of Ravine makes the 'a' and 'i' a short vowel. So instead of saying Ay you say ah. Take away the 'e' then you could say Ravin(raven) but otherwise the way you're thinking doesn't add up

I'm aware it is not at all possible phonetically. xD Originally I like Ravine but preferred my pronunciation. I figure since my character is completely unnatural and impossible marking and colour wise, the name didn't need to make sense either.
