We recently got a tiny turtle for my son (who he named something between 'Tuttle' and 'Turyul', it's hard to tell, since he's only 22 months old.) I'd been wanting to get a turtle for a long time, since he seems to love them so much. He loves to watch them.

This is a yellow-bellied slider, native to Florida (bought in St. Augustine) and a sweet little guy. He actually likes to be held, though I try not to do it too often. Of course, I whipped out my camera, since I don't have too many opportunities to take pictures of turtles. This is my hand, too. Tiny, tiny thing.
