Description It's my little sister's birthday today, and this is what I did for her (I worked on it for about a month).    They're her main characters in a new story she's creating.  I did not finish, but hopefully I'll get to soon.

I used Precia's character pages as an example, like this one: fav.me/d7vypeb
These didn't turn out nearly as cool as hers, but I'm learning.

P.S.  Dear commissioners, I am slowly working one them, I hope to get them done ASAP!

Yeah! Thanks! My little sister wanted it in more of the Avatar: the Last Airbender style. Even though it doesn't really look like that... But I'm happy you can tell it's different.

I honestly have no idea why I like this so unbelievably much but I have stared at this for longer than I care to admit and have just brought myself to comment. You are so talented and I love this art style so much.

These look really nice,
I can already tell the difference in your work O.O
Those poses are really nice specially the one with the girl with the crossed arms.

Thanks! Yeah I did the Earth girl (the brown-haired one) before I started the assignments and you can really tell a difference in the bodies... But I'm glad you noticed!

Yeah normally you have the arms out to the side or dropping down beside the character like the green girl.
In general you tend to keep the arms in rather strait poses, or just slightly bent.
They always look nice don't take that as a bad thing, but it's fun to see you tackle a new pose I've never seen you do before >w<
Even if it wasn't from the class I think that's nice leap, and with the folding, I find that to be a pain in the butt pose.
I mean the hands do funny stuff that I don't even D;
So good job girlie, I'm so proud to see you grow
I mean to see you go from this:
to this and this: in the past to years has been fun.

I can't wait to see how much you grow in another 2 >w<

I never really noticed that I generally tend to keep the arms in straight poses or slightly bent.  But I'm really glad you told me!  I really appreciate when people point out things like that, because it's so hard to spot those things in your own work.

Hands are so hard... hands, feet... yucky stuff... just the lower body in general.  I've got to practice!

And thank you!  I'm glad you can see those differences!  It means a lot to be noticed by a close friend.

I think the strait arms mostly come from doing adopts so often.
With an adopt you want a trait body and arms to show off the design.
Mostly when you end up doing the different poses where I really see you grow and explore are in your works like these.
I love when you bend those arms or have the hand doing crazy things.
I'm in love with the hand on hip pose you did recently for class, I still can't manage that with out creating a monster hand ;3;
Seriously it looks worse than that shoe I once drew for you XD

For me the hardest part are feet and hands and clothing that cover them :T
If I honestly try, with a pencil (forget my tablet) and copy what I see, I can get something decent though ^^
It just takes a super long time and want to break out of just being able to copy what I see.
