This is an old, old drawing of Jack Sparrow which I had completely forgotten! It's a scene from PotC2, when Jack goes down to get a bottle of rum, finds his bottle filled with sand, drops it in fear and turns back to find himself greeted by Bootstrap Bill who has come to deliver Davy Jones's message.Surely we can't wrap the year without old Jack!
I do hope your New Year Eve's bottles of champaign or whatever it is you drink will not be filled with sand 
like Jack's bottle of rum.

I remember I went to see Pirates because I liked Orlando and was curious to see what he would do. But I fell in love with Depp. Bye, Mr Turner. Although I admit he's really cute and good in the film, but it's just too hard to compete against a character like Jack.

Oh yes it was so eerie - the shells everywhere, and the sea water dripping, and the sand flowing out from the bottle, and poor Bootstrap Bill with his mangled face... and then it was so weird, when they begin to drink another bottle as if the situation was normal...
