Came across an Aleu picture and before i knew it I drew this little scene out of my head.
Aleu's pup finds itself in the same problem Aleu had as a pup. Looking like something else and not feeling its in the right place.

I tried drawing without lines for the first time then adding them last after the shading, I think it works better this way too

Ah, I love this concept! I always thought Aleu might have a more husky-ish child when she had her own pups, I'm glad to see it's a popular idea among other fans too! But this piece in particular is gorgeous, the sky feels so big, and the colors are so pretty!

I really like this idea a lot. Maybe it could lead to the pup finding itself at nome, greeted by individuals yet not knowing that said dogs are actually their kin. Rather interesting concept indeed

Yes! I was even thinking one of the huskies from nome lost in the woods/wild and this pup/dog confronts it aggressively, then stops when it sees they look so alike!
