Back story:
Born to Snowstar and son of Claynose, Trufflekit has yet to explore outside the nursery...

Kit:
Stumbling out of the nursery for the first time Trufflekit gasped with wide eyes as he saw the giant warriors stride powerfully across the ground with intent and purpose. Wow...they're so big! I, I wana be jus like that! He thought with wonder and gulped seeing a particularly strong cat dump fresh kill on the pile. The large tom turned, catching his eye and Trufflekit grinned with happiness recognising who it was "Dad!" He squeaked and scrabbled forward wanting to meet him. But instantly he tripped and stumbled sideways flopping onto the ground. Hearing his dads hearty chuckle he looked up to see Claynose smiling back at him just before one of the queens ushered him back into the nursery away from the big wide world of the warriors.

Roleplay example:
Ice pummelling the side of her pelt she groaned in torment trying to endure it. She couldn't even squint through her slitted eyes and feeling her nose freeze over she knew she had to hurry. She pushed herself on. Through the howling wind, unbearable cold and bullet like snow she pushed and pushed and, suddenly fell. With a terrified mew she slipped down and down and then felt her body hit the dry flat rock beneath. Novapearl lay there breathing harshly, winded and stunned, her mind was reeling trying to think what had just happened! She, she was almost there! almost at the border outside of those evil cats territory. Almost escaped! What happened?! She wailed inwardly at the unfairness of it all. She almost had her freedom again but now she lay weak, cold and hungry in a hidden crevasse where no one would ever hear her cries. She closed her eyes and tried to calm her breathing but felt her ears flatten for the first time in a long time from her days of misery, and now this. Breathing in then out she felt her flank begin to rise more comfortably and each breath of air she drew felt warmer than the last. Where was she? Could she get out? What if..."Nova? Novapearl, it's you, isn't it?" Her breath stopped short. Leaning up and turning her sore head in that direction her eyes widened into orbs or blue galaxies as she froze in disbelief "You!"....
