This picture is a wonder to look at. Simply divine. I love the art style and the shading.
I will, however, say something about RD's right wing.
It's probably just the angle, but I'm not sure that feathers are rounded like that at the end.
That is really the only thing I find, if I can say negative in this piece of artwork.
Its colors are amazing, art style is superb, and the shading is down right gorgeous.
Though many people have done this before, so the originality isn't very high, but the art itself makes up for it. Awesome job.

Wow. That's probably not the best word in the world to use, but this is an amazing piece. I love how colorful everything is. It's so bright and cheerful until you look at Rainbow Dash's face.
You wonder what is making her cry? Who would make RD sad?
I really can't find anything negative to say about this picture. It just oozes with life and character. The amount of detail in the hair and feathers alone is boggling. I can't even begin to start on the layers it must have taken. Easily in the hundreds, I should think (or at least it looks that way).

Black brush, draw the shape, lower down the opacity, make a new layer and just use an opacitied white to slowly make some white reflections, doesn't take long ^^

That has nothing to do with this conversation, and I'm sure 2/10 is some kind of group.
Here are the flaws in your statement.
1. Rainbow dash has magenta or red eyes.
2. It's the artists vision. It can be however they see the character being.
3. Insecure? I'm sure you meant a different word but insecure doesn't mean that.
4. Uh, I'm pretty sure thats not what happened.

Oh I'm no troll, I'm just saying my piece (there is a critique being sought)... it's my opinion, and I have a right to say it. I admit the flatulence was probably not in good order (used for emphasis), but the perceived "wind" provided a negative side to the whole piece imo... that's my opinion after some analysis of the work. Don't fall under the impression that everyone will like your work, because that's all I see, even on the most mediocre entries on this site... I understand your opinion, and you have a right to say it, but when you make it in that manner, it can be taken as a hater or troll and/or be hurtful. And yes, I do know that not everyone will like my work(this is not mine, btw) hell, even I don't like my work, but if I don't like someones work, I either tell them what should be fixed in the picture(in a respecting way, of course) or just don't say anything. There's a lot of emotion going on in this image. It's very well done, and if this was in fact made by someone that young, they really have a talent that will take them far if they stick to it.
