This comes from the first ever batch of shots I have taken for this year. Which... was on Monday.. one of the last days of March. Please keep in mind that I haven't touched my camera since August of last year. I have forgotten some of my techniques and will take a while for me to jump back into it. Just for the record, I am actually self taught. No guides, no classes, not even looked up any kind of techniques or ways to use my cameras. I just use instinct and that is pretty much it. I also shoot completely in manual mode so I can have control over everything. I have been wanting to give a big thank you to all whom have stuck with me on my photography journey. I know I am not that great at it and that I still have a lot to learn and figure out but it helps knowing that some of you like what I do and are encouraging. I also just wanted to say that we have lost a few good people here at DA (whether from passing away or leaving the site completely). I just hope that they are well and happy wherever they may be.
