Coolness. I love doing space stuff with UF. Did you know you could make the trail more life like by adding SFBM II masks on it? the SFBMII allows more fire like elements to be added if it's used in a mask form. Keeping the original in the background, and using groups of masked layers on top with different colors. It makes it stand out more.
I like how you used the Juila to create the stars. Believe it or not, your really close. After watching a Doc on history channel. They showed what the universe should look like according to the scans we have and many parts of the universe have the Julia effect to itself.
This is diffidently a cool piece. I think you should revist this piece and really try to add more textures and details. It would bring this piece to life and really help people understand what fractals are and what they can do.
