When Natter saw Rhea on the river with an eel he began to Growl.
"Hey, Lady! That is MY eel you stole from MY river!", he said with a snarl. That the eel was pretty small wasn't important at the moment. The female fungi turns around and - to his surprise - hissed at him. But it was not a threat ... she was scared but to hungry to let the eel go and run.
Natter backs off a bit and saw her round belly. She expects pups! But where is her mate? She was all alone and normaly shouldn't hunt with this.
"Hey ... it's okay", he said a bit softer. "I didn't see you expects ... you can have that eel."
The female looked at him.
"Where is your mate? You shouldn't hunt by yourself", Natter tried to talk with her.
"He left ...", she said quiet and took the eel. "I have to do it on my own ... thank you for the eel ... and sorry for hunting in your river ..."

Poor Rhea. But she isn't all alone. She has her daughter Soqua but she try to care for herself all alone.
