I believe it meant nothing, according to the person who dreamt it. However, were I to be creative, i'd say one interpretation could be glazed (plastered) leg of elephant (piano=ivory=tusks??) with a milkshake. (alabaster being a calcium derived mineral..sort of)
Of course that sounds more of a Flinstones Diner item.
