The priest player when he first becomes pregnant. Whatever he's carring it must be big.

A thief/assasin/rouge player trying to give birth but becoming corrupted as well. His items, bag, pant, boots & what not are scattered on the ground because he doesn't have enough time to get to a healer before the babies come so he had to get off everything that was in the way before getting ready for the babies. Luckily he had a blanket but it's covered in blood thanks to his water breaking.

There always seems to be a creepy awkward person in many games. A magic player is talking to that person. A little girl that is just plain creepy & oddly enough gives you pregnant fetish side quests. There is a cheat the makers of the game hid which if you learn how to get it you can make the player character become even more pregnant. The person playing the game managed to get their character more heavily pregnant.
