Plum is heavily pregnant & growing bigger both thanks to the babies & the milk build up

Plum knows he's expecting multiples, Jupitor has started realizing it given he's around 6 months into the pregnancy(I went & googled the stages of pregnancy pics for this description) but looks bigger than he should. He'll be surprised later but he doesn't mind they're having surprise multiples as they both have wanted a family for years.(they're also ageless/kind of immortal & waited a long time so don't mind dealing with how long it takes to figure things out)

Plum while showing signs of being happy thanks to learning he's pregnant still has trouble fully reacting to things thanks to having been numbed on the outside by trauma. He's not really surprised wither thanks to visions but he & Jupitor will adore their kids.
