There's a bit of a story behind this one.

I received a touching request from mymermaidstory; asking if I would take an original character of hers (Valdis, the Goddess of Death) and Legolas the elf, and combine them in a romantic way.

I'll admit, it's a little bit outside my comfort zone, as it's taken a couple of tries to get it to this point- but once I got started, it turned out to be a fun, worthwhile experiment.
