It's been raining nonstop here which is giving me depressing thoughts. :COn the contrary, it's given me more time to draw, so that's good.
I absolutely hate how this came out. The foreground, for the most part. I dodged and burned it all out of laziness. B(
I was also so lazy to a point where I copy-pasted the eyes from my current iD.

Okee, I know I said I'd do a critique so I will...I read =xXFellWolfXx 's critique too so I'll try not to repeat anything he said. o3o
Let's start with pros:
-The character's very cuteee ^^ The design's real lovely, too 
-The rain effect's nice ^^ Sure, it's not uber pro, but it's still epic nonetheless
-The colored lineart suits the rest of the picture too ^^ It helps add to the atmotsphere of the rain and stuff, if you know what I mean o3o
Cons:
-I'm certainly not an expert at anatomy, but it seems to me that her hind legs are waaay too long, and her feet waaay to short. Try to make sure the knee joints line up with the foreleg shoulder joints, or whatever they're called...it helps to look at or even trace over real pictures of lions and/or foxes just to get a feel for them...wow that sounded strange.
-Fell mentioned this a bit, but the shading really bothers me....it's actually pretty confusing. If the light were coming from the lamp post, then that doesn't make the shading on the tail make any sense. If it were coming from anywhere to the right it would make some parts look ok, but then the tail still wouldn't be right...it's just confusing. The only place where it MIGHT make some more sense would maybe be the front, but even then it's a bit confusing given the setting. Hopefully that all makes sense...
-Also, the brightness of the light and darkness of the shading suggests the character's in a real bright place, while she isn't; she's in a rain storm. Try making the shading less dark and bold...like I mean, if you were to do the shading on a top layer (using a full opacity color) and set the transparency to maybe 70 % on that layer, then it would turn out darker than if the layer were to be set at 30 % opacity. Sorry if I'm confusing you...it seems that the only reason to make such harsh lighting were if the sun was shining, which I'm pretty sure it isn't...
-Also--the background. It's not terrible, it just doesn't fit the position of Lixy and the lamp post. I understand you might have rushed this/not tried to make it look perfect and all that, but just for future reference try to make it match up with everything. i.e., if you just look at the character and the lamp post, then you'd be looking at them from the side. But if you were to look at just the background, then you'd be looking at it from some point in the air, it seems.
-One more thing (I'm sorry this is so long xD) is Lix's eyes. I know you copy pasted them and I'm not critiquing their position or anything, but like Fell said, they really don't give a lot of emotion. All I can say is maybe mess around with the style since I have no idea how to explain, but other than that, I'm not sure. 
Hope it all makes sense, if not, feel free to ask me questions or explain anything I didn't pick up. I know it looks like I dislike this picture more than I like it, but I really don't..I just needed to explain alot xD

Oh god a critique!
Just tell if I'm being to harsh because I'm not here to tell you how this sucks I'm telling you how to improve. But again if you find it to harsh, I'm not a master and you can shrug this off.
Things that could be improved:
Main Character:
- First off there doesn't seem to be a known light source. As the sun wouldn't be out the street light would be the light source. If your having trouble remembering i find it useful to draw a little sun when I'm shading to remind me.
- Second, I noticed you said you copy and pasted the eyes? I think if you would have took a little extra time to perfect it, it might look nicer. I think if you maybe gave her more expression other then a little smile it would give more depth to the picture.
- Shes a cat right? If not and I'm a idiot feel free to skip this part.
Cats normally have whiskers so that might add a nice touch to it. Cats also have retractable claws thats what make them, well cats. So unless her claws are our I don't see why you drew them. Another thing is tail size, BANG. Poof attack. You might want to tone it down a little unless thats what was intended.
- She looks even a little TO skinny. It looks a little to flat like she has no ribs. (This is just a nit picky thing, not a biggy.)
- I think if she has been standing in the rain that long her fur would end up getting wet, thus resulting in a STINKY KITTY. But, lets work on that part were shes wet and not the part where we plug our noses. Darkening her fur in some spots would help and making some rain drops in her fur would perfect it. But on her neck fur, or any fur facing up, would face down with the weight of the rain.
I'll let someone else critique on the background cause I'm not the best at backgrounds D:

-She's a lion/fox, not a kitty.
-she has no whiskers due to a genetic defect.
-her claws ARE retractable, but are so massive in size that they stick out a little.

I knew the eyes were used from your ID! It looks great, though. I really like how you do fur. I reallllyy like the tail. Super big and fluffy. The eyes are great and I really like the hair. ( I can't draw hair.. I fail so hard.)

The right ear looks kinda akward to me, it looks like its pointing more up, then forward.
And the front right leg looks weird because its the only leg that is walking, maybe try making the bottom left leg walking as well?

Okay, you asked for a critique so here's what's what.
Vanishing point is the key! I still fail at it, but that's what you need to make it look a little more realistic.
The only other problem is that PERSONALLY, and I'm just a freak so you don't have to listen to me, I think her chest/forearm things are a little too big/fat.
THAT'S ALL YOU'RE SO AWESOME THAT IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER!
