before you ask, I am not part of the mlp fandom and i do not hate it so i will type this review based on how the art itself is, and not on the fandom itself.
the fact you used standard RGB is something but the colors can be an eyesore since you pretty used it on everything on this image. The pose of the pony is unique as it isn't a base which is also nice but i wouldn't know since i am not into the MLP fandom. The gradient bars is nice i guess it may result in the colors and shades that RGB can display on a monitor or a TV. The pony itself is rather edgy and bright since again it used the RGB and the eyes really gives the edgy look. Sadly i can't give anything else as in the end this would best be a wallpaper or someone's Google+ page but as an OC i can't see this can exist because i don't see any character development or a backstory or unless you'd be edgy or colorblind.
