Very nice. The birds are awesometastically done. I interpret it as being about migration, since the red and yellow areas look like islands. The brightness of the red disturbs me a bit, I'd tone it down if it were me.

well, it's prett great. i love the many layers, and the bright, sparsely used areas of color. it's just the right touch! well done!
