This picture is a gift for my friend Slain Dracon.This is the guardian angel of Slain Dracon - a draconic seraphim named Vanessa. She is cosplaying the Statue of Liberty, and the bird on her right hand is Slain Dracon's pet.
PS: I had found that both in western and eastern myth tales, dragons are actually just the symbol of freedom, so I had the idea for this work.
