Idea from DragonHeart, Raptor Jesus and a song "Puff the Jewish/kosher dragon".Do you remember Draco - the hero of DragonHeart, played the role of Jesus at the beginning of the movie? Many people agree that he's as kind as Jesus, and I think his face is more beautiful than a raptor
.PS: at first, I wanted to exchange his hands for dragon claws, but at last, I totaly gave up because it's too difficult.
Draco's head and Bowen were from the screenshot of DragonHeart, Draco's body was from a picture of Raptor Jesus.
