...TaxiTales the way it should be, after I saw how lame I am with inkings lately, it ended up with these sketchy panels...yeap.Actually Screentones are FUN to use and I think it's rather ease to shade with them and they offer a lot of ways to do effects and shadows, and they give the lines a kind of "original" feeling somehow.
Image is actually from a scene later playing when he is yet on earth, there is a similar scene where he's still on Cybertron, but it has the same background thought...
C.A.B. in a more TF:A + Classics mixup style, not that much detail but also not that real TF:A style.
Sketch - Copy paper, 4H pencil
Lines - Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop
Shading - Photoshop Stamp-tool Screentones
... well if I could at least finish a whole page that way, I would be happy for a while
why I am so lame... I need more TIME! in general... ... and I actually need to finish the textual version of TaxiTales, just to have his story told before I end up in chaos.

yap.. they are supposed to be hidden, true, just depends on the angle/perspective you draw him in, but it's kinda part of him, design-wise as well, to never really see his optics

I do hope I can get at least one page in that style done, should be doable 
The only problem with these digital screentones is the scaling, you need to shade in the "supposed to be"size, because scaling tones down, just doesn't work, and me being a high.res nut... if I can't have my 4000 pixels in size....
