A Rocko and SpongeBob reunion/crossover would actually be pretty cool. They could do a tribute/dedication to Stephen Hillenburg since he worked on Rocko's Modern Life as an animation director before creating SpongeBob SquarePants.
I'm surprised the Rocko special Static Cling didn't do a dedication to Stephen...
