Oooh, this OC is very pretty, and cute too. I love how you outlined her with the pink color, and I love the shading all around. I think that you have a very cute OC. This picutre tells me that you used a program other than MS paint to make this. Because MS Paint can't do this kind of color blending. Well, it can, but it can only do backgrounds. I wonder what program you used. I love the flowers around her, and that is some pretty hair that she's got. I think I'll draw her soom. Very pretty drawing!
