They are actually both built on from the same layer...well spotted! I liked the pattern I'd created and felt I could use it to go in two different directions. I played with how I felt colour changed the emotional impact of the images, and wanted in one to represent hope and endurance...then one to get a feeling of victory and accomplishment! I enjoyed doing them, it was something new for me and I learned a lot about using layers here and also about starting something from scratch digitally! :0) Thanx for looking again ^^

I'm sharp that way LoL. I can clearly see your direction now that you mention it even in the little things like the figure. Thats great you got something out of it, as we should as artists. So many create because they can, they are not moved to create, the same holds true in music and probably other artistic avenues.

 So many artists never find their creative direction, their direction that defines them, they are just all over the place. I am not saying this is you, but it is strong enough that it could be.

:0) I wouldn't be the type to upload any auld sketch or doodle anyway, I have to be proud of something before I put it up here...or it must demonstrate that I have kind of turned a corner I suppose or improved in some way..even if I don't like it very much he he
And as you know...some of us wait months for a little inspiration!!!
