I'm actually pretty happy with how this turned out actually, although the eyes flicker quite fast xD

I love it personally. The color you used itself doesn't hurt the eyes. It also looks like the emoticon is screaming for its life though I wished it bounced a bit higher if possible. The flickering of the eyes also adds flavor to the picture. All-in-all a good animated emoticon. It's just that, I wished it was larger? larger in size. Don't get me wrong, this size is acceptable but I had actually mistaken it for happy running instead of terrified screaming.
Overall, I will give you a 4/5 stars for this cute emoticon of yours. Definitely deserves to be made into a plz account.
