Beautiful merman. In fact this picture inspired me to write a story to go with it. It's a human to merman tf story and I would like to include a link to this pic when I post it, but of course I would like to ask your permission first. I like this a LOT. The setting is really unique for merperson artwork, and although it might be a bit sappy I just thought you should know that it definitely inspires me to be more creative about settings for my artwork in general.

Once again, you color choice is superb. And the level of detail is just right; small touches here and there to make it visually interesting, without being overwhelming. The lighting effects you used are excellent as well. I love the refection from and on the water, as well as the rays of light coming through the holes in the dock.
