Alternate Title: Fairy Tale Girl TillySo I have been wanting to draw this for MONTHS now! Finally got off my lazy butt and finished it! This is Tilly, ported to Pokemon world! Her specialty would be Fairy types, and she is pictured with her Sylveon, Brasa! This character was ported from a Puella Magi universe, and was always drawn with balloons thus-far. So I couldn't resist having them in the picture.
