This peice is amazing. I love the coloring, lineart, and the fish, but your shading could use some work.
-The light from the surface is not being shown on the back fur of the cats.
- The shading could be more definite in some places, but drawing underwater scenes are hard.
The background really goes well with the bold, cartoony cats, and I also love how you did your anatomy, but the brown cat's face is a little crooked. The only other thing that I see is weird is that the orange tabby in the background looks like he's standing, but there is no ground to stand on!

I agree with you!
However, the brown cat's face is supposed to be crooked (he broke his muzzle when he was a kitten), and the orange-and-white cat is dead, but she's a spirit so she's kinda floaty
