It happens so often, it starts to affect one’s dreams. For Aidan, every night consists of being nabbed by mad scientists, corrupt politicians, and haywire robots. You get restrained, escape, and just as you can taste freedom, the keys to your cuffs (conveniently placed at the end of a long and foggy hallway) suddenly explode!

Personally, I’d recommend avoiding dairy before bed and trying melatonin supplements-but avoiding being kidnapped as bait for your snoop sister might also improve sleep.
