originally made for my insta , here's how I do my glowy fur and ✨sparkles✨ on Photoshop
I originally saw a tutorial like this on dA way, way back in 2011? 2012?, as a replacement for luminosity layer on paint tool SAI and just stuck with the method (read: abused it)
unfortunately, I can't seem to find the tutorial again, so I made my own. I hope someone finds it useful! let me know of any feedback you have, thanks!
