Poor Hasook was just a place-holder, it seems. It would be a dark twist if Mako or somebody found his battered body in an alley...Maybe a little too dark for a Nick show.

I know people were wondering why he didn't show up. I know it's probably because he was pissed but I know that there's people who believe he was snatched up.
I don't have anything against him, I just REALLY find it amusing that so many people seem to dislike him. It's just XD; a very unique stance.

I'm feeling strangely protective of this character. S:-\
So much hate from the fandom, and so much abuse from the creators. Given life just to take up space, seems like.
I think it would have made for an interesting dynamic if he had been a decent player, Mako had liked him a lot, but he had gotten injured, and Mako resents Korra for taking his place. (Korra is viewed even more as an "interloper" rather than a "savoir.")
Or, the cool and logical Mako kicking Hasook from the team in favor of Korra's power for advantage, and, although Bolin agrees with him, the friendly earthbender feels the way his brother went about it was too insensitive to all the hard work Hasook put in.
Wouldn't it be a twist if he's not good at fighting, but ends up teaching Korra a more transcendent way to experience waterbending (more spiritual? As Pakku told Aang, "you're moving the water around but you're not feeling the push and pull.")
And why in these two worlds am I spending so much thought on this? O_o

I try not to duplicate-ship too much myself, or at least have primary ships, but Makkoralin is looking more and more appealing if the Makorra fans get more rabid and Bolin-bashing. >.>

Well, like, if you were to picture it in your head, that would be a threesome, but I meant if you ship Borra and Makorra separately . . . like, say, if you ship both Sukka and Tokka, or Jetara and Zutara . . . but not as a threesome . . . idk, just ignore my ramblings, I don't follow the rule all the time.

Yeah I think I made his shoulders a bit too broad, though his hair looked pretty long. At least in one of the pictures where he has his helmet on.
