Ballpoint probably BIC but there may be some old US Government Skill Craft in there since my dad usually had those pens at work.I thought this belonged in Fantasy... anyways I like the pic cause of the bonsai like tree growth.
Or maybe the people are tiny sprites or something.
The lighting is a bit off but eh, I'll redraw this digitally and fix it.

very nice pencil work. the only problem I see with teh lighting is the leaf clusters should be shaded in our view with a hint of backlighting around teh edges.
