i'm confused. is the horizontal line for the marking of the bottom of the eyes or the top, because some tutorials use it for the top of the eyes but here it's at the bottom. the tutorial was very helpful but i'm just confused with the line :3

you can make it both ways i do it to mesure the eyes how big you want it
