What drawing program do you use? How do you create that effect? You are, like, my idol.

I use Manga Studio EX 5.0
I used the pencil tool for this (mechanical) and had a low hardness level and a mildly low opacity
I do my sketching, drawing, and cleanup all on one panel! The highlights are just places where I erased. I don't like making everything nice and neat by tracing over other layers... I never have. I always like the mess. I then set a layers above the black and white drawing and set it to something like "color dodge" or "Add". If you need me to, I can try and do a gif process or tutorial!

Alucard is attractive in the show, but you make him more attractive the way you art is great. I've watched all of Hellsing and only like episode 2 of Ultimate. The more art you put out you make me want to finish ultimate.
