Here is the finished ref for Revenant’s true demon form. I also have a bit more back story for him as well.

True Name: Kazarrath the Tormentor
Human Name: Revenant
Age: Assumed to be ageless
Race: Demon

Other Info:
- 13 ft in height.
- He is a tormentor of the lost and damned souls that end up in Hell. His job is to punish, torture and torment the souls in the most disturbing horrific ways.
- Due to his status in Hell, he has his own region of Hell in his control and a throne of sorts atop the regions highest peak where he can observe the thousands of souls down below that he torments.

Lore:

Kazarrath was one of the higher power demons in hell, being extremely brutal and power hungry. He wished to dominate and enslave humans in the mortal world. After eons of building his power, he attempted to enter the mortal world and begin his reign, but was met by an Archangel who wished to protect the human world from the Demon. A brutal battle ensued between the two until Kazarrath was defeated and cast back to Hell, in which the Angel then cast celestial chains upon the demon to keep him trapped in Hell permanently.

Kazarrath spent eons trapped in the chains, growing more enraged, yet weaker with each passing year until one day the chains suddenly broke from a strange unseen force. Humans in the mortal world had summoned his name in a dark ritual, somehow causing the holy force on the chains to corrupt and snap. With his restraints finally broken; Kazarrath answered the summon and entered the mortal world. Although in a weakened state, he killed his summoners almost immediately, using their bones to create spiked weapons to put on the ends of his broken chains; the chains he would now use as a new means to torture souls in Hell. Being in the mortal world now, Kazarrath found himself tempted to stay rather than simply return to Hell though, so, with what power he still possessed; he took on a human form and the name; Revenant. Despite all the time he yearned to destroy the human world, he knew now it would take countless eons more to regain the power he once had; Kazarrath decided he no longer wanted to destroy it. Although he lives mostly in the Human world now, he still occasionally returns to Hell to carry out his duty as a Tormentor.
