Description
A very old oc ive decided to redesign. He was part of an old oc world I had thats purely steampunk- I think I might bring it back. Jengo and Klax the Steampunk scrap dragon are in this world too. Titus is actually the enemy of the young inventor boy Jengo: the one who created Klax the scrap dragon. Titus wants the dragon for himself. If he sees something he likes, he will find a way to get it.

- Lives in a steampunk/fantasy world. He flies a blimp airship and has been known to raid cities and towns. Hes quite well known.

- He became partially robot after a near death incident. While fighting another airship, he got stranded on the enemy ship and when the destroyed ship plummeted down 200ft from the sky he went down with it. Titus miraculously survived but was horribly mangled and wounded. The wife of an engineer who lived in a small house near the crash site had seen the ship go down. She went to the wreck and ended up finding Titus. She brought him in and did her best to keep him alive. Her husband came to the conclusion that hed lose most of his body parts and internals from the damage, and that hed have to reconstruct the mans body. Titus underwent the procedure, making it out alive. After awaking, his body had been changed quite the bit. He eventually left the couple after recovering and went out to search for his ship. He eventually did find it weeks later docked in a city. He was able to get back to his crew.

- Being part robot, Titus has to keep up with more things to stay alive. He has three ports on his side for Water, oil and lubricant for his mechanical internals and limbs to function as well as cooling. He must keep up with these otherwise he’ll die. He also must keep up with the maintenance of his mechanical limbs and wires. On his wrist he has a strap with three gauges showing the levels of each so he can know if any are low.

- Is filthy rich. He often pardons his crimes with money. Few law enforcements in cities are actually willing to arrest Titus, knowing the repercussions of it. He has many contacts, and if he finds himself in a bad situation such as being arrested, well he knows folks who will break him out. So, most don’t bother to catch him.

- Titus can feel no real emotions other than irritation and content and a weird sort of maniacal joy that surfaces are random times. Due to brain damage from his fall, he is slowly having to re-learn how to feel, identify and express emotions again. Hes very unstable mentally.

- He can exhale steam if he wants too.

- He wants to steal Klax the scrap dragon from the young inventor; Jengo. He will do what he can to get it. Why does he want this scrap invented dragon? Who knows. Titus is known to be very obsessive of things- he likes to get his hands on things that show power and potential. Jengo knows Titus is on his tail for the dragon, but he will never willingly give his creation and only friend over. And Klax doesnt intend on being taken either, as Jengo is his master. Titus has captured Klax twice, but the dragon managed to escape and return to Jengo.
