Yay more ref sheets. I enjoy sniping adoptables that never sold and making them into characters.

Piers is a pirate otter. Because how much more badass can you get. He leads a small band of thieves and black market merchants that prowl along the amazon river, thieving, pirating and trading. Despite being young and rash he is very crafty and clever, able to think on his feet and lie through his teeth with ease. He does tend to overestimate himself and is quite rash, but is usually able to work his way out of any bad situation he may get himself in.

His prosthetic arm is robotic and fully-functioning, and of course fully waterproof.
