Animated version of the double image found in a rembrandt painting entitled "Madonna and child standing in front of an Archway that Transforms into the Macroscopic Self Portrait of Rembrandt as the Apostle Paul"
The original was done with Gouach on a print, and this is a digtially done version animated with morph software.

The animation was done to make an icon for the Surreal Arts group...(contest)

This small animation gives great insight into the double image process used by Dali.
We completed a number of such transformations on classical paintings in the 70's
