Drawn with mechanical pencil (0.5 mm lead) on regular printer paper.
Colors edited in my scanner software.

As everyone's pointed out so far, I too love the incredible detail. What really gets me is the eye, it's piercing stare and unhuman size and shape. That's really the defining point that makes it so real and terrifying to me.
